Talen Horton-Tucker tallied 11 points and 7 assists for the Jazz. The Trail Blazers snap a 6 game losing streak as they improve to 32-40, while the Jazz fall to 35-37.

That last call on Trendon though was bullshit. I like how the NBA itself actually had the audacity to put that "and one" into the highlights as if it doesn't CLEARLY show it was not a foul at all. Literally straight up and down and had his arms & hands behind his back meaning no arm or hand contact for a foul, either. Either way, Trendon is my man, I LOVE how much he's progressed both last year and this year. He plays with heart, confidence, passion and his motor and work ethic are fantastic. Love how quickly he learns things and thus adapts. Just a all around great player already, and, as a fair amount of us Blazers fans have pointed out, he's arguably already a better veteran than literally any of our actual vets. That says a LOT.

Honestly this is the Blazers best lineup. For the 1st time all season Billups decided to play 3 hi IQ guys in the starting unit. Nurkic, Watford, and Thybull…these guys play team ball and are always looking to make the right play. Simons think he's a CJ clone, and Grant was playing like he was better than what people think he is. Trust if Portland would have bought those two off the bench they probably be looking at a 3rd seed in the west.
It took Dame to say he ain't into rebuilding for Chauncey to get serious about coaching….smh!!
