  3. Many fans got robbed of this moment. The many people who traveled to see this and could not get in because of all the barricades. I walked 7 miles around lower Manhattan and saw nothing. This parade gets an F and Mandami is trash. Although Dolan is trash for inviting Trump and jinxing the sweep I'm glad the two capitalists don't get along. They both suck for choosing money and politics over the fans. That parade should have been on the Ave of America's instead of lower Manhattan. What a Sugar Honey Iced Tea show. Although I don't agree with the Muslim faith what true Muslim behaves like our so-called mayor. My family came from Atlanta and I apologized for this poorly planned parade. Grade F for parade organizers and this trash wannabe liked mayor.

  4. THE PARADE WAS FIRE!!!! I was at the beginning of the parade and the Knicks were more reserved on the their float, but it looks like they livened up the closer they got to city hall. I would say that's where the all the craziness was further down. I LOVE MY CITY!!!

  5. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ ❀ πŸ₯‡ πŸ† America’s Best Mayor Zohran Mamdani is the 112th Mayor of New York City, having taken office on January 1, 2026, after a historic victory in the 2025 mayoral election. The 34-year-old Democrat and democratic socialistβ€”who formerly represented Queens in the State Assemblyβ€”made history as the city's first Muslim and South Asian American mayor. In his first months in office, Mayor Mamdani notably navigated inherited budget challenges and led the city's celebration for the New York Knicks, hosting the team's first-ever ticker-tape parade down the Canyon of Heroes following their NBA Championship win.πŸ₯‡ πŸ†
