So these 2 teams were built by tanking and now none of the other teams can do it anymore.
I've often wondered why the NBA doesn't stop have the games start with the referee throwing the ball up in the air. Instead they should have the ball suspended middair before the start and have it drop perfectly every time. When the human referees do it there is a chance for variation in the toss.
