If Luka has a mediocre game — Mavs don't have a prayer against a good team. After Brunson left, Cuban and his GM FAILED to try to find another decent playmaker. Goran Dragic wanted to play with Luka for peanuts but they REFUSED to sign him. Dragic went to the Bulls and has been a very good backup point guard. They signed Kemba Walker in desperation but now CUT him. Mavs management = NO CLUE.
Luka is stuck in Dallas for 4 more years with this terrible owner/management but needs to leave for a competent team as soon as possible if he hopes to win a title in his career.

Mavs lost but they played less hero ball which will be needed during the post season if they want to go deep. The more they play without hero ball the better they will get at it. Come playoff time they will be ready. Hero ball is too easy to defend.
