Kobe is not even top 5! Only 1 MVP. Accolades don't lie. Don't tell me about 5 rings. He only has 2 FMVP!

shaq and kobe are each top 10 but neither are top 5. without a doubt though shaq is the most unstoppable paint bully to ever play the game

Shaq always been humble, and I think he has it exactly right!! He was dominant and a force to be reconed with, one of the best ever, the best??? Nope!!! lol

Shaq is up top for sure in that category. Absolute beast in his prime especially, but all the way to the end of his career he was a major weapon on court

I wouldn't be surprised if people said Shaq was number 1,he was whooping everyone's ass out there.

Man if hackshaq wasn't a thing. In his prime was the most scariest player in the paint. So glad Holly Berry didn't go to all his games…

Those that watched Shaq know he is up there with the best. Prime Shaq was the most dominant player ever because of his physicality. Jordan is the best in my eyes, but I remember watching Jordan vs shaq and just thinking how unfair it was to go against shaq because he was just a freak athlete that couldn’t be stopped. People joke about sending him to the line, but that would just foul out their bigs and shaq would just grind teams into dust.

I can’t reply to that kobe top 5 take, but even though I disagree with it, personally I got Kobe at 4. You could DEFINITELY argue it and it’s a very good take. Don’t act like it’s a bad take at all there’s definitely arguments against Kobe and even more arguments for other players like Magic, Bird and Duncan. Kobe is undeniably top 10 and maybe top 5, but honestly it’s just overrating him if you put him top 3

No Jamal, most real hardcore NBA fanatics talk about Shaq on the backend of the top 10, not top 5.

Shaq has always been a father and a business man, so he was preoccupied since the beginning of his NBA carrer. His priorities were not simply just basketball. Kobe began his ventures and his children were of a certain age in which mama can handle the fort while he's away. After the 2010 championship run, he regressed into a Shaq, the business ventures ect. he slowed down might have taken shortcuts and ultimately ruptured his achilles. we don't know but when that happened to him, in that moment he knew he had ducked up and his career was done. we have an opinion, Kobe never gave that benefit of the doubt to Shaq, never complained or denied it though he indeed enjoyed Big Macs
