That was weird and kind of a bad look that Lebron raised his hands up like he won something….like a playoff game or NBA Championship? 🤔 I don't know….maybe I'm wrong and way off base here but for someone like Lebron who has always said he is a pass first guy and always likes to play the game THE right way and make the correct basketball play meaning pass…..it seems kind of strange that he would celebrate with his hands up and then even allow the game to stop so he and his family could celebrate that moment when your team is still down and your only in the 3rd quarter. Like I said maybe I'm wrong because I don't know what happened the moment Kareem broke the all time scoring record. Did they stop in the middle of the game to do a kind of ceremony type celebration? It's a nice moment but then you had Kareem come over with a basketball and raise it up high then lower down to give it to Lebron. Was this pre planned by the Lakers management and Kareem? 😆 I mean for a guy who says he is always about team basketball and making his teammates better it just felt a little weird that Lebron would want to shine the light on this moment which is historic but in the middle of a game that your losing?? Lebron has said in recent interviews that he never thought about this record really because he was not one to just think about scoring and that he just is always focused and prepared to play basketball to the best of his ability. Well to me his reaction on the court in that moment kind of seemed like he really did care about breaking this scoring record. Maybe early on in his career and for most of it Lebron really didn't care about it but now that he has realized that he was not going to win those 7 , 8 , not 9 , not 10 , and not 11 NBA titles…..even with creating superteams with other Allstars and future hall of famers……Lebron knew that he might want to grab this record if he could in order to have a better case against Michael Jordan being the GOAT. Jordan always used to say he wanted to win games and win Championships. He said….." If you don't win then your easily forgotten " and that he didn't want to go to his grave easily forgotten. Jordan also said that had the all time scoring record been something he really wanted he would have never retired in 1993 and 1999 and he would have gotten it. It is true too because if Jordan had played the full season both in 1994 and 1995 and again in 1999, 2000, and let's say 2001 I'm pretty sure he could have easily scored 2,000 more points each of those 5 seasons. Added all up that is 10,000 plus more points that Jordan would have scored in his career. He finally finished with over 32,000 points so he would have most likely scored 42,000 plus for his career in only 17 seasons. Again Jordan retired not because of injury but because of the death of his father in the summer of 1993 and because the Bulls GM Jerry Krause and Owner decided to fire head coach Phill Jackson and to break up and disband that Bulls Dynasty even after they had just won 3 Championships in a row and as an organization with Michael Jordan 6 Championships in 8 years. But I digress…… 😆. Lebron is trying to grab onto anything he can to strengthen his legacy and GOAT case. See Jordan did all that he did basically in only 13 seasons with the Bulls. He set the bar too high but Lebron is a great player and deserves his respect. Just stop with the Lebron and Jordan comparisons. Jordan is alone at the top way up there on another level. We can still appreciate Lebrons greatness though.

Incredible job by Mike Muscala hitting few three pointers. As a center you wouldn’t expect him to specialize in shooting or even be good at it but he is proving otherwise. 💯💯🔥
