He had an Iroc that he drove around campus at Kentucky, where he had the letters changed on the doors to IREX. 🙂 That’s been many years ago now.

Back in the 90's, my college teammates called me Rex Chapman. Today I'm 43 and still ballin', and last night the opposing crew on the court screamed "Who the hell's got Rex Chapman?!?" I laughed, first cause they weren't even born when he played, and second cause I confessed to them that was my nickname in college. Had to come in this morning and look for his highlights again on YouTube. Thanks for posting this!

I wish there was a rule against setting sports videos to shitty music. Whether it's Lil Wayne or Linkin Park, some asswipe always has to show off how shitty their taste in music is when they're uploading a sports video.

Rex Kwon Do! He kind looks like JJ Redick when he was in his young Hornets days.

Never Got the Propers He deserved.. Back injuries from being a great dunker derailed him from his athletic abilities.. For this same reason.. you see many dunkers become 3 pt shooters.. Jason Richardson, Trevor Ariza, Vince Carter, Larry Johnson ETC. It catches up to you in the end. Still one of the Greatest 3pt shooters to ever play the game.

My Father Always watched Kentucky games back in the day talking about this Kid. I wasn't a basketball fan then but I always watched the game along side him cause he always overreacted to Rex's plays lml!! When he got drafted.. My Father kept his Rookie Card in My Moms Mirror. R.I.P. Dad.. you knew what you was talking about when you said he was that good.

White Music? Didn't he leave UK early for getting harassed for having an african america girlfriend? I guess if he's white you should have played Journey or something? SMH.

Rex is a legend in here in Owensboro, but hands down the best basketball player ever out of here, is Cliff Hagan.
