Led by Joel Embiid’s 38 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Charlotte Hornets, 121-82. This is Embiid’s 25th game of the season with 35+ points, passing Luka Doncic for the most in the league. James Harden added 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists for the 76ers in the victory, his 5th triple-double of the season and 74th of his career. Terry Rozier tallied 14 points and 4 assists for the Hornets. The 76ers improve to 47-22, while the Hornets fall to 22-50.

    Not only is it ridiculous that Embiid didn’t get either of the 2 MVPs last year, but he still hasn’t been on the All-NBA First Team as a result of the position locks. NBA better not screw him over again this year.

    Jo is acting much more focused and mature this season. I think Hurts and Harper have been a big influence on him and how he handles himself during games. That block at 6:04 is insane. MVP22-23
